Create your Membership Toolkit account to get connected!
MySchoolAnywhere is being replaced by Membership Toolkit. Short Pump Elementary School PTA is excited to continue offering an on-line directory, on-line signups, classroom communications and more.
As a previous MySchoolAnywhere user, your information has been migrated to Membership Toolkit, but you still need to create an account.
Once you create a Membership Toolkit Account, you will have access to our on-line directory, be able to update your information, see volunteer opportunities, and more.
Here’s what you need to do:
- Go to https://spesptava.membershiptoolkit.com
- Click on the Register/Login button.
- If you already have an account with another organization that uses Membership Toolkit you can use the same email and password to login. You can then proceed to the numbered steps below.
- Select “Create Account” and fill in the name, email, and password information.
- Click “verify my email” and then check your email for a link to complete the process. The link expires in 2 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders.
- Once you have verified your email address, log back in and finish the registration process.
- Complete the Parent/Family and Student Information.
- Complete the Directory/Publish Preferences.
- Once these forms are complete, you will be presented with forms for Volunteer Opportunities.
Once the Primary Account is set up, the Primary User can “invite” other email addresses to access his/her account. This allows the Secondary User to have their own login information, but still have access to the family account.

With only a few more weeks of summer it’s time to start thinking about sending your busy bees back to school. Here are a few helpful links to get you prepared for the 2019-2020 school year…
Remember to add August 29th to your calendar.
Kindergarten Orientation on Aug. 29th at 10:00 am until 11:30 pm
1st – 5th grade Open House on August 29th from 2pm until 4 pm.

If you were enrolled last year, you should have gotten an email recently to re-enroll for this upcoming school year. It’s quick and easy to do – just follow the link in your email.
If you are new to the school or haven’t signed up yet, please consider doing so to support education at Short Pump Elementary. Simply sign up for a Publix.com account, select Short Pump Elementary School PTA – Richmond, VA, enter your phone number at checkout. It’s that easy! Publix will give back to our school!
